Littar® Local Green Deal Cluj-Napoca kick-off Project
From pilot to pavement: Littar’s commercial leap for sustainable infrastructure
For the LDG Cluj-Napoca kick-off project we have constructed a parking lot foundation for the municipality of Cluj-Napoca in Romania.
Up-cycling plastic and glass waste equivalent to 115,000 single-use plastic bottles and 10,000 glass wine bottles while preventing 7 metric tonnes of CO2 from being created.
This project has successfully shown the up-cycling of unrecyclable fiber optic cable waste as addition to the plastic mixture of Littar. Moreover, this project marks the first commercial implementation of Littar in public infrastructure.
